✦ GENERAL INFORMATIONS

the prices indicated on my site and on my social networks are for personal use only!
for a commercial use commission, please let me know about it in the order form or contact me by e-mail at shunileemn@gmail.com

when you order from me, you buy the digital file. I will not print the drawing.
if I feel unable to carry out your order for various reasons, I will inform you as soon as possible.
any insolent or degrading behavior will end the discussion and no order will be taken.

by ordering a commission from me, you accept all the conditions present in these ToS.
these ToS are subject to change; I reserve the right to make changes and will thus be obliged to notify you about them.

✦ COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

it is forbidden to use my drawings to train any AI (Artificial Intelligence), even if it is a commission you ordered from me.
as the artist, I reserve the right to use the commissions made to promote myself on social networks, as well as to use them as examples for my commissions on my site or social networks.
commissions might be realized (completely or partially) by streaming on the Twitch.tv platform. If the customer does not want his order to be broadcast on this platform, they must specify this.

private commission: if the customer does not want his order to be posted on my site or social networks, variable additional fees will be applied depending on the type of order.
the customer has the right to post their order with my signature on social networks and must credit me. Posting a lower quality version is recommended to avoid any potential theft.
the customer is not authorized to: modify, copy, trace the commission, remove my signature, say that the drawing is made by them. Reselling a personal use commission or making profit from it is also prohibited.

the customer has the possibility of buying the image rights of their commission after its realization, if they finally want to use it for commercial purposes. Please contact me by email at shunileemn@gmail.com for any such request.

✦ ORDER PROCESS

after sending the completed form, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the feasibility of your request.
if I judge your request feasible, I will send you an invoice via PayPal that you will have to pay. I only start working on the commission after I have received full payment.
afterwards, I will send you a detailed sketch of your commission. It is at this stage that you will need to be as specific as possible about the changes to be made.
after you have validated the sketch and/or the changes made, I will no longer accept any major changes.

you can ask me for WIP (Work In Progress) of your commission at any time.
I can take more or less time to make your commission. You will be notified of any major delays.
I accept deadlines, but short deadlines (between 1 and 2 weeks) will be charged additional fees.

when your order is complete, I will send you the file in high resolution as well as a lower quality version with a more visible signature. Both version will have a watermark on them.

✦ PAyment & refunds

only payments via PayPal (EUR) are accepted.
payment has to be sent before I start the sketch, when I send you the invoice.
please do not send any payment until you have received the invoice.
I agree to be paid in installments if your order exceeds 100 EUR, but please let me know beforehand. I will then provide you with several invoices.

if I encounter any issues and unfortunately cannot complete your commission, you will have the possibility of being partially refunded depending on the progress of the commission.
if for various reasons you wish to cancel the order, you have 48 hours from the moment you receive the invoice to retract and thus obtain a full refund. After this period, the refund will be partial.

✦ changes

major change: a change that causes something to be completely redesigned. Examples: redo the pose of a character, change the appearance of an item...
minor change: modification that involves redoing and/or detailing elements, without redrawing everything. Examples: changing the shape of a character's eyes, making a detail rounder or more angular...

as indicated above, any major changes must be announced during the sketch phase. Thus, 2 major changes can be made for free; if more changes are requested, additional fees will be charged.
after this step, I reserve the right to refuse certain changes that I consider major.
minor changes can be requested and carried out thereafter, but additional fees will be charged.

slight changes can be made after your order is complete, such as color adjustments or details I may have forgot. Any other changes will be charged additional fees.
